Wilson newspapers loved them some Daniel C. Suggs. Like Samuel H. Vick, Frank Blount, Braswell R. Winstead, and Alfred Robinson, Suggs spent his early childhood in slavery, but graduated college and assumed careers in business and politics.

LEST WE FORGET (or just don’t know): African peoples, that were kidnapped from the shores of Africa, were not “ignorant, prejudice, and superstitious” for they were men and women who had already built cities , schools , and universities; learning systems; irrigation channels; and developed math and science, etc. Their innumerable inventions on this side of the earth that has contributed to the advancement of mankind proved this labeling INVALID then and now.
