Order awards medal to Mincey.

In October 1924, the Patriotic Order of Ethiopians of America awarded volunteer fireman Ben Mincey a gold medal for singlehandedly rescuing a mother and her children drowning in flood waters in Wilson. (More about the Patriotic Order later.)
