Love this! As I read this, I wondered if my maternal grandmother may have been in attendance. Then, I noticed the year was 1919–a year after she was born. Then, I wondered if my maternal great grandparents or other relatives who were born in Lumberton and Rowland, NC might have attended that momentous event.
