310 North Reid Street has seen decline since I photographed it in 2019. 

On a recent visit to the block, I paid closer attention to the squat pillars flanking the front walk. The stone masonry features prominently raised beaded mortar pointing.

And then I noticed this concrete bench with tiny tile insets.
