On 6 January 1906, Henry C. and Emma Elizabeth Phillips sold F.D. Williston and E.N. Williams a tract of land in [Fayetteville], Cross Creek township, Cumberland County, North Carolina, for $200. H.C. Phillips had purchased the property in 1876.
