  1. My grandmother was a high school senior in 1910 and I have recently inherited her hand written high school journal/yearbook. The listing of the program you published today is so reflective of the beauty and meaningfulness of the ceremonies of the day. I have almost completed transcribing her entries and placing scans of matching pages side-by-side, knowing that cursive may become regrettably more difficult for future generations to read. I plan to share this with her offspring. The best thing is that it has brought her voice back to me in so many ways. I hope it will do the same for my uncle’s offspring.
