You know we’re “all Black History, all the time” over here, so February is status quo at Black Wide-Awake. It’s a great time though to thank you all for your support, especially my contributors like Edith Jones Garnett, Shaunna M. Stevens and Lisa R.W. Sloan, who’ve dug deep in their families’ crates to share photographic and documentary gems. I’m always on the hunt for evidence of the lives of our Wilson County ancestors, and I deeply appreciate the help. If you have something to share, please let me know!
