Sir,

Complaint has been made at this Office by Harry Simpson, (colored) that on or about the 1^st of February last, you entered the premises of said Harry Simpson without his permission & taken from thence some forks & other articles. You ought to know that you have no right to enter any persons premises against his will & remove things by force. You will immediately return to the said Harry Simpson (col) all articles taken from him or report to this Office & show cause why you should not comply with this order.
